You know what this reminded me of? ...Absolutely!!!<br /><br />You know what this reminded me of? This is kind of random, but... have you ever read any of Michael Pollan's books? He writes about food. He says something really true in one of them (I think it was Eater's Manifesto). He says that our culture has gone from shopping for FOOD to shopping for NUTRIENTS. You know... instead of looking at the store for bread, cheese, apples, wine, we're looking for high fiber, no transfat, extra calcium, fat-free, etc. And it's kind of destroying the way that we eat. He says, just eat REAL FOOD. I think that's so true, and it's a good analogy to the Nautilus training thing (at least in MY mind). Don't worry about lats, triceps, trapezius, obliques.
